Royal Oak Distillery, Carlow

This project involves the construction of 2 no. 3000m2 High Bay Warehouses as part of the Walsh Distillery project. MPA have been involved with the project through detailed General Arrangement design and Statutory approval (Planning, Fire and DAC) and Certification for the works.

MPA have provided Project Management, Civil / Structural Engineering, Design and Assigned Certifier services as well as PSDP services for the project. A specialist Design Team Member are appointed for the works to include Building Services Engineer for Mechanical & Electrical and Energy design as well as assessment of the ATEX requirements for design and construction purposes, including design of Fire Detection & Alarm System and Emergency Lighting as well as all related services.
