Beechpark Feasibility Study, Dublin

This project involved preparing a Feasibility Assessment including Civil Engineering and Transport Engineering services. The assessment was to look at the development of a 9.2 hectare (23 acres) site at Clonsilla, Co. Dublin. The assessment considered the water services requirements including storm, foul and water main for the development of this site to include 28 houses and a redevelopment of an existing building on site as a hotel.

The project involved the construction of new roads and services and new access connections to the public road. The site is located adjacent to Protected Structures and the Shackleton Gardens project currently being persued by Fingal County Council. The site includes significant water features including ponds, streams and arterial drains. The site is located adjacent to the Royal Canal and Clonsilla Rail Station.
