TUS Midlands (formally LIT) Clonmel Regional Sports Hub

This project involved the development of a multi purpose sports facility on the existing LIT campus, Burgarery Lands West, Frank Drohan Road, Clonmel, Co Tipperary. The development will consist of a running track in accordance with IAAF 2008 standards, a UCI approved BMX track, new buildings, site amenities and additional parking facilities. The site area is approximately 68,300m² (6.83 hectares).

The works also include for the planning designs and specifications for the storm water management system for buildings, carparks and hardstanding areas, as well as foul drainage and water supply all to be designed to the requirements of the County Council, in accordance with the criteria set out in the Greater Dublin Strategic Drainage Study (GDSDS).
