Ard na Greine, Dublin

This project involved the Refurbishment and Extension of the Georgian dwelling at Ard na Greine, 229 North Circular Road to provide offices and meeting facilities for a number of the HSE primary care management team in north Dublin.

The project also included structural repairs / upgrades, alterations, lift installation, upgrading of existing access stairs and provision of new car parking and hard landscaping. MPA were involved in the design, monitoring and certification of the works under the BCAR system providing Ancillary Design Services.
