Flemington Lane, North Balbriggan, Dublin

This project involved the preparation of a Feasibility Study and Master Plan for approx. 17 hectares of residiental development on the Urban fringe of Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. MPA were responsbilte for a review of all water services including storm, foul and water mains services as well as the traffic and access considerations for the site which were to include for a new link road through the site.
