Holloden House, Carlow

It is proposed to carry out refurbishment works to restore the existing protected structure at Holloden House and construct an extension to provide a visitor centre within the extended building.

MPA have lead a new planning application for the site in conjunction with Conservation Architects MESH. MPA have provided Civil / Structural services as part of a Project Management services to the Client including Design and Assigned Certifier services as well as PSDP services for the project. MPA are also involved in the procurement and co-ordination of specialist consultants for Architecture & Conservation Architecture and Mechanical & Electrical and Energy Strategy.
