Offalia House Nursing Unit, Offaly

This project which involved the refurbishment and upgrade of Offalia House Community Nursing Unit consisted of the following works:

• Reconfiguration of multi occupancy wards to provide 8 No 2 bed ensuite patient bedroom accommodation.
• Reconfiguration to provide 3 no single ensuite patient bedroom accommodation.
• Provision of ancillary accommodation to include assisted bathroom, treatment room ,Nurses station, dirty utility & cleaners room.
• Separation of Ambulance service from residential accommodation.

MPA scope of services relates to the preparation of Civil / Structural Engineering documentation for the design, tender and construction phases of the project including acting as Ancillary Certifier under the BCaR 2014.
