We are aware of the importance of site investigations on all projects be it large or small. As an initial step a desk study and trial hole investigation should be carried out to inform the process of procuring site investigations, which are critical for efficient and safe designs. We work by the philosophy that “if you don’t pay for site investigations you will end up paying for site investigations”. In relation to utility designs we understand that early consultation with the service providers to ensure adequate forward planning to meet the requirements of any project is critical in terms of delivery of adequate power, water and communications facilities.
We understand the importance of detailed site due diligence and comprehensively understanding the site constraints and risks associated with site development.
